Why should you take medicine for minor anxiety?
Anxiety is not a disease. It is a state of mind which can be brought under control, quite easily, with will power, meditation, and other good practices of a healthy life.
Stop drinking, stop smoking, stop tea, and coffee. Read books, occupy yourself with some activities, go for a short journey for one or two days (I do), stop being worried about too many things around you for a long time.
Learn to let go of things. It is very important that you learn to manage your expectations justifiably. Do not expect too much from anything or anyone, not even from yourself.
